# Grassroots

Grassroots is a Cardiff-based community enterprise dedicated to strengthening local neighbourhoods through collaborative initiatives and participatory projects. We work directly with residents, charities, and social enterprises to identify grassroots needs and co-design sustainable solutions. Our focus spans community development, social cohesion, and civic engagement across South Wales. We facilitate workshops, coordinate volunteer networks, and support local organisations in building resilience and capacity. By prioritising authentic community involvement over top-down approaches, Grassroots ensures meaningful change emerges from within neighbourhoods themselves, fostering genuine social impact and lasting relationships.
